I was previously paying my property tax notice (which included residential utilities) with the city installment plan – is there an installment plan for residential utilities?

Yes, there is an installment plan for residential utilities – if you were on the Property Tax Installment Plan in December 2023 or had provided an application to join the plan in 2023 for 2024 – we have automatically added you to the residential utility installment plan. A communication letter was mailed out on January 11, 2024 to inform residents of this change.
