ATTENTION:
The 1:00pm Aquafit Classes on Mon/Wed/Fri have been cancelled due to lack of Instructors.
The 10:30am Wildcard Land Fitness class on Saturdays has been cancelled due to lack of Instructors.

Fitness Room

A key part of our operation is our cardio room. Equipment includes 2 treadmills, 4 elliptical bicycles, 1 upright bicycle and 1 stair climber. A universal gym is also available.

Admission rates are the same as the aquatic centre or you can purchase a combined pass for 1 and half times the pool memberships. Hours are the same as the pool.

AQUA FIT SCHEDULE

Aqua Fit Programs: Adult drop in $6/ Senior drop in $5
All Classes Payable at the Front Counter of the Recreation Centre

Aquafit Punch Cards: Adult $60 for 12 spots
Senior $50 for 12 spots

AQUA-GOLD Tuesday & Thursday 9am- 10am
This aqua fitness class is specifically designed for the mature adult. This is a safe and effective fitness program conducted by an instructor in the leisure pool in chest deep water. Exercises are low impact and easy on the joints and lower back. Participants do not need to know how to swim, but need to be comfortable in chest deep water. This program is ideal for improving joint mobility, overall fitness for seniors, individuals with arthritis, and osteoporosis. All ages Welcome! This program is ongoing
